Our Mission
At eHiring, our mission is to help all businesses, regardless of size, increase their productivity
during the difficult process of hiring employees. Our founders and leaders have first hand experience
dealing with the difficulties associated with the traditional hiring process and formed eHiring to
simplify this process. Every process in the eHiring system has been created to streamline, without
overcomplicating, the hiring process thus saving the typical company thousands of dollars a year and
allowing them to hire the most qualified candidates available.
Executive Profile
Kevin J. Scherer, CEO and Co-Founder eHiring
After graduating college, Kevin's career began in the teleconferencing industry leading Darome
teleconferencing to become the world leader in audio teleconferencing (1984-1993) running and
managing various sales & operations centers in the US and Europe. In 1993 Kevin founded Network
Connection International out of his garage (name changed to ConferenceCall.com in 1998) which became
the leader in automated Audio Conferencing service. In 2003 ConferenceCall.com was sold to
West Corporation and now is a cornerstone to West Corporation being the largest audio conferencing
company in the world with almost $800 million in conference calling revenue. Kevin is an efficiency
expert and knows his success has been based on doing things faster, cheaper, smarter, and more
efficiently than his competitors passing on all the benefits to his clients. After 2 years of
retirement Kevin decided to again work with Jason in founding eHiring
to bring efficient hiring service technology to all companies.

Jason Chancellor, VP Technology and Co-Founder eHiring
After graduating with a degree in Computer Science, Jason begin his career in the information technology
sector as a software engineer working on Southwest Airlines website southwest.com. After several years Jason
became the technical manager for the southwest.com website and helped grow the website into one of the internet's premier
travel portals bringing in over 4 billion dollars in online sales annually. Jason's experience and understanding of
the requirements of a high traffic, high availability e-commerce website made him the perfect partner to manage the technical
side of e-hiring.com.
